Kishor’s career spans 20+ years across the areas of finance, accounting, compliance, strategy, human resources, and information technology. He has held the positions of Internal Auditor, Senior Analyst, Controller, Director of Operations, and CFO within the media/entertainment, fashion, construction, banking/brokerage, and nonprofit sectors. Prior to founding Aligned Metrics, he oversaw finance and administration at agencies providing youth development programs and early childhood education. Throughout his tenures at large corporations (Merrill Lynch, DKNY, Sony Music Entertainment) and social services establishments (BKS, SAYA), Kishor has collaborated with managers and executives in the expansion, restructuring and strengthening of their business operations. He earned a BBA in Accounting from Hofstra University, an MBA in International Finance from St. John’s University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
